Molly’s love of dance was initially fueled from many inspiring summers at prestigious dance intensives at The Joffrey Ballet, International Ballet Theatre, Hubbard Street, Wanderlust Dance Project, and Beyond Belief Dance Company just to name a few.

In 2018, Molly was part of the new NETFLIX Original Dance Series, Dancing Queen, which followed the life of the famous Drag Queen ‘Alyssa Edwards’ and her dance company, Beyond Belief. She also danced in the official Anastasia Beverly Hills, “The Supreme” Music Video with Alyssa Edwards which was used in promotions for the makeup line.

In the Summer of 2019, she was honored to lead The Emerald Belles Dance Team to the top 36 on the hit TV show, America’s Got Talent, where they performed live at The Dolby Theatre and wowed the audiences with their precise high kick routines.

In March of 2020, Molly graduated from the Theater Arts Preparatory School in Las Vegas and later that fall started performing in Extravaganza, The Las Vegas Spectacular at the iconic Jubilee Theater in Bally’s Resort & Casino. She went on to perform over 500 shows in 2021 with that cast in various roles, including the Female Lead and ending her run as the Dance Captain.

2022 has taken off quickly for Molly as she has signed to join the prestigious Step One Dance Company. The company is comprised of only six elite dancers, based in NYC, that tours the world via The Holland America Line fleet presenting works from notable choreographers who have blended high-caliber dance with technology to create four unique, breathtaking shows.
